Zermatt and Cervinia now connected

Cervinia piste

The ski passage between Zermatt and Cervinia is now open and two ski areas connected. Skiers can enjoy over 70 km of the piste on both sides.

In Zermatt there are already 47 km of slopes that can be used. On the other side, in Cervinia, good snow conditions make it possible to ski on 25 km of the prepared piste. In Zermatt ski area lifts go from Trockener Steg (2 939 m) up to Furggsattel (3 365 m) and Plateau Rosa (3 745 m). On the Trockener Steg there is a cable replacement to Matterhorn until the 21st November.

Plan Maison and Fornet lifts operates in Cervinia and 8 slopes are in use now.
