A new adventure park has opened in Fontainmore. With the park, we have found yet another reason to visit beautiful Fontainemore, one of the picturesque villages, on the way up to Gressoney, in the Lys Valley.

The adventure park is set in a dramatic woodland contest. There are four different paths, on various heights, to choose between, with a total of 35 different activities, counting the adrenaline rushing crossing over the Lys river with two zip-lines over 200 meters long. The walk, over Tibetan bridges, rotating trunks and free-climbing spots, is safely carried out with a hook-in latch system.

Along with the main pathways, there are a shorter, but not less exiting adventure-walk for children between the age of three and six. This part of the park got the highest rating from TheAlps’ young tester.

The initiative expects to attract both tourists and resident, help the development of Fontainemore and further of the whole Aosta valley region, and to some extent redistribute the flow of people over the season.

In the beginning and end of the summer, in June and September, the park will be open on weekends and, upon request, also on weekdays. In July, it will open four days a week. While in August, until the 20th, every day is a day for adventure!
