The old, beautiful and car free village
Mürren is a little and beautiful village, it's a car free resort in the Bernese Oberland and are a part of the Eiger Mönch and Jungfrau- region. The village is located at 1650m above sea level. You can reach the village only by funicular or cable-car.

The charming, historic and family-run Hotel Oberland in the centre of Lauterbrunnen is only a 5-minute walk away from the train station and the Staubbach waterfall is close by. The Hotel Oberland's restaurant has been described in guidebooks as the best place to eat in town! Come and try yourself! Dip a piece of bread in a pot of cheese fondue or taste one of the famous Röstis! Most rooms have a balcony with views to the waterfall or the surrounding mountains...
