Since 1961, Cairn Gorm has been a major winter sports destination and still offers skiers and boarders some of the best and most challenging runs in Scotland

Added to that, it now has the only mountain railway in Scotland, with skiers and boarders arriving at the top station, close to the higher lying snowfields, in only a few minutes

This season, 2007/08, started on the 2nd December and have been skiing and boarding since then! We closed for the season on the 5th May 2008 after having one of the best ski seasons since 2001. Our new trainer tow, trainer 1, aka "The Polar Express" is open. It is near the Top Station of the Funicular, adjacent to the top of the Ciste tow.
