Kuusamo - Ruka is situated in northern Finland near the Arctic Circle and is characterized by great contrasts in seasons and an abundance of snow! Ruka is one of five tourism regions in Kuusamo and the place to go when you want to ski. The season starts in October/November and runs until the first of May and is usually very snow safe.
