Only 30 kilometers from Novo Mesto, a town on the beautiful Krka River, and 15 kilometers from Dolenjske Toplice, a natural Slovene health spa, is the ski center of Crmosnjice. At an altitude of 730 to 930 meters, six ski lifts operate on the slopes from the end of December to the end of March. A ski bus provides transportation from Novo Mesto and Dolenjske Toplice for skiers.
