Saint Martin belongs to The Belleville Valley, which is a very extensive alpine skiing resort. The other resorts in the Belleville area are Les Menuires and Val Thorens, that along with Saint Martin covers more than 600 km of pistes supported by some 200 lifts. If you love powder snow, the possibility of finding untouched snow in this area is very good.

San Martin has also has a very rich cultural life but if you are looking to party a lot you 'd better choose another resort. San Martin de Belleville has proven to be a rather quiet resort and party people usually choose one of the other valleys for some wilder times.
Saint Martin has very nice glacier scenery that everyone can enjoy while skiing. The lifts are very well linked in the whole Belleville valley, which gives over 600 km of skiing slopes supported by 200 lifts. For cross-country skiers, there are more than 110 kilometers of well prepared trails.
