Welcome to Alpbach, a pretty little village with an excellent skiing area. Alpbach is situated not far from Kitzbühel and Innsbruck and there are possibilities to visit both the famous resorts on daily expeditions. Alpbach's ski area is small and simple and you can ski on both sides of the Wiedersbergerhorn. The main gondola and two new draglifts will take you up to a top elevation of 2025 meters.

Relax with some after ski
The after-ski entertainment is mostly located in the hotels. But don't let that mislead you, the service and atmosphere in the hotels are just as good as any pub or café.
Alpbach's ski area will give you many days of interesting skiing
There are almost no queues in the Alpbach ski area thanks to the modern main gondola. Two new draglifts take you higher than before and give you more challenge. The resort is suitable for almost every type of skier except for the really advanced, even though there are a few rather tough black runs. The longest slope measures more than two thousand meters. The area includes a half pipe and other interesting features for snowboarders. Three ski-schools can teach you everything you want to know about skiing.
By car: Take the A12 motorway and exit at Kramsach/Alpbachtal via Brixlegg and Reith.
By rail: When you arrive to Wörgl/Jenbach or Brixlegg you can take the bus or a taxi from there.
By air: The closest airport is in Innsbruck.
